HOW IT WORKS

1 ST PHASE

CONSULTATION

Choose the day and time you want to have a consultation and fill the form( by clicking the button below) . The call will take place on Zoom and last 30 minutes

This is a good way to get to know each other and to :

  • collect some more info about you ( goals, lifestyle etc…)

  • answer all of your quetions about my services

GETTING STARTED

At this point, before I deliver your program, I need to test you( based on what you goals are ) . In this case you have to record yourself and based on the results I decide how to proceed . This is a very important step because I need to see how you move and how your body respond to certain exercises. Only this way i can deliver a tailored program that suit your needs .

PROGRAM DELIVERY

I will share a google drive folder , where you can find :

  • An Ebook about basics calisthenics movement

  • A google sheet with a summary of our consultation , goals and starting point .

  • Program ( in the program are included sets, reps , intensity, rest and all the training variables. Also a video of the exercution for each exercise).

  • Videos: in the program, you will also find a video of execution for each exercise,where I explain you in detail the technique

2ND PHASE

WEEKLY CALL / VIDEO FEEDBACKS

Every week we will have 15/30 minutes call where we discuss the past training week, with particular focus on videos and form correction. in case you cannot attend a call, I will send you a video in form of a 10/30 minutes private youtube video where I give you a feedback about the previous week

ADAPTATION TO THE PLAN

As explained in the PROGRAM DELIVERY pharagraph I will send you a program ( generally every 4-6 weeks ) , but this it will be affected by weekly modifications, that are based off you videos , fatigue level etc..)

VIDEO DELIVERY and COMMUNICATION

An important aspect of for a successfull coaching experience is good communication coach/client . I will ask you every week to send me via telegram videos of the exercises you perform , and to contantly give me feedback about your training .
