ABOUT ME
HI! My name is Federico and I am a calisthenics coach and Personal Trainer based in Brighton .I Love calisthenics, which I discovered about 10 years ago. At first, it was only a hobby, a way to build some muscle with minimal or no equipment. In the meantime, I got a bachelor’s degree in sports sciences at the University of Turin because I was sure that anything concerning sport/fitness was the field I had an aptitude for. I realized that calisthenics is what I want to live for, and I decided to commit myself to increasing my background and spreading this amazing discipline/sport to anyone who is interested.I am here to help you achieve your bodyweight-related goals like :
Skill Development: Master movements from basic pull-ups to advanced techniques like handstands, planches, and front levers.
Aesthetic Goals: Achieve a lean, muscular physique through bodyweight training—no gym required.
